You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

If your return is accepted:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
