Shipping policy

 

We offer FREE Standard Shipping which is 2-8 business days for orders over $99.
We also offer an Express Service for $19.95 which is 1-4 business days if you would like it sooner. 
Other wise all orders under $99 have a flat rate of $12 for Standard Australia Wide shipping. 

This amount is automatically added to your order total at checkout for whichever option you choose. 

As we have several locations ready to ship your Heat Pack around Australia, this means you'll get your Wrap sooner!
We have warehouses in Perth, Melbourne and Sydney.

All online orders will be dispatched within (1-2) one to two business days. However more often than not we ship the same day depending on your order time.

For all Australian orders, we use a variety of carriers to ensure you get your products sooner. We will do our best to get it to you sooner in every instance. 

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed by the courier.
