This heat pack is soft and holds the heat well. The use of ties rather than velcro means you do not damage clothing. It molds to the body perfectly

Love how big it is so larger people can still place an order and have the wrap fit. It's well worth the investment.

I am very impressed with the quality and efficacy of the product. The customer service could not have been better.

You will need a big microwave. It is a little heavy if you have an injury. The beads smell a little different to what I’m used to.
But as a snug warmy it is great. X

I absolutely love this heat pack!! You tie in on your body and it stays where heat relief is needed! Can’t recommend it highly enough!

I’ve bought so many heat packs in the past and have been dreaming of the day that I’d find the perfect one. Well, now I have. Purple Moon’s heat pack is perfect in every way. It has a beautiful soft cover, it heats well, (I haven’t tried it as a cool pack yet but I’m pretty sure it will be just as effective); and I absolutely love that you can tie it into place wherever it’s needed. It truly is the best ever heat pack I’ve ever owned.

It's was great being able to buy the second battery for my partner so while one is in use in the Jade heating pad the other is changing she is very happy with all the products she has from Purple Moon
