This is literally the best thing I don’t know why I didn’t get it earlier ! I have CPRS in the hands and also tendonitis of my arm and this has been a god send for the pain and I can have it on my arm and hand at same time as of how big this is ! I highly recommend, the material is so soft and comfortable. I was bit worried as I love the heat and thought it might not be hot enough - nope not a worry it’s hot enough. When asking questions they were so quick to respond and I mean quick and so so helpful. I did a bit of research and so glad i did , and found this company. I received a free microwaveable heat pack which is so nice and soft - (my daughter has claimed that) if I have to purchase anything else I will definitely be coming here first ! it’s comfortable evenly heated the size makes it perfect to lay on and to heat my whole back at once, with it being weighted it stays in position love it

I love how hot it gets but i was a little underwhelmed with the weight. I thought it would be much heavier. And the strap is pretty annoying. It’s useless to anyone bigger than a size 12. Other than that, I do love it!
