I purchased two of the Knee Ice Gel Wraps for my husband for his recovery from knee surgery. Cold therapy has been an effective way to help him manage the pain. I purchased two wraps to have one on the knee and one cooling in the freezer. They are very convenient, comfortable to wear and easy to put on. The only downside is they do not stay as cold as the 'messier' ice pack does but on the upside they are much easier to use, especially in the middle of the night when he needed relief from the pain.
