I just received my portable heating pad. I had a power pack from JB HiFi ready to go. Now I'm wearing it and I don't think I will ever take it off. It's so comforting to wear. I will be taking it on my long-haul flight to Europe when my hips start hurting. I can use it on the plane then can even walk around with it on. you can't see it under loose clothes. That's the beauty of it. No microwave needed. Just keep the power pack charged and you're ready to take it anywhere. It has 4 different heat levels and a timer too with 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes. I just moved it to my shoulder and the straps work really well keeping it in place. I am taking it to work tomorrow and can sit at my desk with it on. Really love the product as you can tell and also great customer service and very fast delivery. Thank you. PS I have also had the Electric Heat Pad for about 2 years and love it so much over winter.
